Return & Exchange Policy
 

At Miso, we are dedicated to delivering a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. We understand that sometimes, a product may not be exactly what you expected. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Requests must be initiated within 4 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • A maximum of three pickup attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the request will be canceled.

  • We do not accept returns of worn or damaged items.

  • For defective or damaged products, clear photographs must be submitted at the time of the request.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange:

Please WhatsApp us at +91 8009296059 with the following details:

  • Full Name

  • Order ID

  • Product Code(s) (from the tag)

  • Pickup Address and Contact Information

  • Images of the product (if applicable)

3. Return Options

Reverse Pickup:
We’ll schedule a pickup from your address. A ₹150 deduction per request will be applied to your store credit.

Self-Return:
If pickup isn’t available in your area, you may ship the item to us. Please:

  • Pack the product securely.

  • Mention your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.

  • Share tracking details once shipped.

Note: We are not liable for items lost or damaged during self-return.

4. Processing Your Return

  • Returned items typically reach us in 6–7 days.

  • A quality check is conducted within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • Upon approval:

    • Exchange orders receive store credit valid for 1 year, sent via WhatsApp.

    • Prepaid orders receive a refund to the original payment method.

    • COD orders are refunded via store credit only.

Note: Store credits and reward points are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Important Guidelines

  • Do not accept parcels that appear unsealed or tampered with. Refuse delivery and inform us immediately.

  • Quality check is mandatory. Items failing inspection will not be refunded or exchanged.

  • For areas with non-serviceable reverse pickup, you will be responsible for the return shipment.

  • Only items approved for return will be processed; additional items sent will not be considered.

  • Orders paid via store credit are only eligible for store credit exchange.

  • Missing item claims must include an unboxing video.

  • Orders canceled after dispatch will incur a ₹100 deduction for shipping.

6. Product Disclaimer

  • Color Accuracy: Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen display settings.

  • Natural Fabrics: Minor texture differences or weave inconsistencies are not considered defects.

  • Sizing: Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering. Size exchanges based on fit preference are not classified as defects.

  • Shipping: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.

  • Refused deliveries will incur return charges.
